Prices for these services will be charged according to the amount of work, the campaign and needs of the individual client. Please contact us to discuss.

Media presence or any other form of communication on behalf of the client will be charged on an hourly rate of Euro 25/Hour.

Notes To Price List:

Company Formation:

Registration fee includes the provision of Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificates of registration, your own legal address, your own appointed director, secretary, and shareholder, 1st resolution appointing shareholders, directors and secretary, share certificates and company stamp.

Annual Charged Services:

Annual Services will be payable in advance every year and must be prepaid for the first year at the registration. For subsequent years, these fees are paid annually in advance before the expiration of the prepaid period.

In case these fees are not prepaid on time and according to our company’s invoices, we reserve the right to cease rendering any services to the company.

Professional Directors, Secretary and Shareholders:

“Prosperity Corporate Services” provides full nominee structure for anonymity of ownership and management of the company in the interests of the beneficiaries. To this end, “Prosperity Corporate Services” will appoint a company or a suitable employee to act as a professional director and /or nominee shareholder and/or nominee secretary of the company. The persons appointed may be changed at any time on client’s request. “Prosperity Corporate Services” will not be liable for any costs incurred by the beneficiary or the Company as a result of any change in professional director, secretary or shareholder on client’s request.

Bank Account Opening Fee:

Bank Account Opening fee are charges for the provision of assistance to open a bank account including the preparation and filing with the bank of the required documents and liaising with the Bank and the client in relation to the due diligence required by the banks. “Prosperity Corporate Services” does not guarantee the success of bank account opening. The bank account opening fees paid to our company are not refundable.

VAT Registration and Administration:

This fee applies where “Prosperity Corporate Services” assists in registration of the company as VAT-payer, arranges VAT administration of the Company and/or acts as VAT agent.

Company Termination or Closure:

When a company termination or closure is required, the owner has the responsibility to inform “Prosperity Corporate Services” before the Anniversary date of the company. All bookkeeping and audit (where applicable) must be done and paid up to date. Additionally, all outstanding invoices must be paid before closure of the company takes place.

Closing fees range from 500-1500 Euro depending on Jurisdiction. In case of liquidation the fees will need to be agreed and paid in advance.

Important Notice:

“Prosperity Corporate Services” reserves the right to amend all fees.

All services and fees payable should be agreed in advance and in writing before any work commences. Payment of all invoices is due within two weeks of issue. Any outstanding amounts following the two weeks period may be subject to 8,5% annual interest surcharge.
